Poland Enables Fraudulent Invoice Reporting Through KSeF 2.0

Poland Enables Fraudulent Invoice Reporting Through KSeF 2.0tax-legislation
Administrative NewsTuesday, April 28, 2026

Poland's Ministry of Finance activated a new functionality on 24 April 2026 allowing taxpayers to report suspected fraudulent invoices directly through the KSeF 2.0 Taxpayer Application, replacing the previous KSeF reporting form.

The reporting process requires taxpayers to log into the KSeF 2.0 application, navigate to the "Invoices and Invoice List" tab, select the suspicious invoice, and use the "Report Abuse" option. Users must specify the reason for reporting, provide justification, confirm declarations, and submit the report.

The functionality represents another development stage of Poland's National e-Invoice System (KSeF) and responds to entrepreneur feedback regarding system operation improvements. Detailed instructions are available in the KSeF 2.0 Taxpayer Application user manual, with 24-hour support provided through the National Tax Administration helpline at 22 330 03 30.

This enhancement strengthens Poland's digital tax compliance infrastructure by providing taxpayers with a streamlined mechanism to assist tax authorities in identifying potentially fraudulent invoicing activities within the mandatory electronic invoicing system.
