France Publishes Provisionally Registered E-Invoicing Platform Partner Listvat-regulation
Administrative NewsMonday, September 16, 2024

The French tax administration (DGFiP) has published a list of companies provisionally registered as dematerialization platform partners (PDP) for the country's mandatory e-invoicing system, with final registration dependent on subsequent connection to the public invoicing portal.

The list represents companies that have completed the first stage of the registration procedure and are now provisionally registered pending technical integration. These platforms will serve as intermediaries between businesses and France's centralized e-invoicing system once the mandatory regime becomes operational.

The provisionally registered platforms are available through two sections of the impots.gouv.fr website: in the Professional section under business management resources for e-invoicing, and in the Partner section covering DGFiP partnerships. Companies included on the list must still complete their technical connection to the public invoicing portal to achieve full registration status.

France's e-invoicing mandate will require all businesses to issue and receive invoices electronically through certified platforms or the government portal, representing a significant shift from the current voluntary system to mandatory digital invoice processing for domestic B2B transactions.
