The French tax administration published a list of operators that have submitted applications to become partner dematerialization platforms (PDP) for France's mandatory electronic invoicing system, with the list available on the professional section of impots.gouv.fr.

The candidate operators are seeking approval to serve as intermediary platforms that will facilitate electronic invoice transmission and processing for businesses under France's upcoming e-invoicing mandate. Partner dematerialization platforms will operate alongside the government's public platform to provide businesses with alternative routes for complying with electronic invoicing requirements.

The publication represents a procedural step in the implementation of France's electronic invoicing reform, which will require B2B electronic invoicing for all French businesses. The reform aims to digitize invoice processing and enhance VAT compliance monitoring through real-time transaction visibility for tax authorities.
