France Releases Approved E-Invoicing Platform List Ahead of September 2026 Mandate

France Releases Approved E-Invoicing Platform List Ahead of September 2026 Mandatetax-reform
Administrative NewsFriday, January 16, 2026

France's Directorate General of Public Finance (DGFiP) published the official list of approved platforms for the country's mandatory electronic invoicing system on January 16, 2026, alongside a specific logo to help businesses identify certified service providers.

The approved platforms have satisfied regulatory requirements and completed technical tests, including interoperability testing between platforms. These platforms serve as mandatory intermediaries for invoice exchanges between businesses and for transmitting invoice data to the tax administration under France's electronic invoicing reform.

The French government selected a platform-based model for implementing the electronic invoicing mandate, requiring all business-to-business transactions to flow through state-approved intermediaries. The published list aims to assist small and medium enterprises and independent professionals in selecting from available solutions in the market.

DGFiP created a distinctive logo allowing clear identification of approved platform operators, designed to enhance market transparency and help businesses avoid non-compliant service providers. The complete list is available on the professional section of impots.gouv.fr under the electronic invoicing guidance pages.

France's electronic invoicing system represents one of Europe's most comprehensive digital tax compliance frameworks, requiring platform intermediation for all B2B transactions rather than allowing direct transmission between businesses and tax authorities.
